Warm-up: 5 minute brisk walk or light jog

Main set:
  • 4 minutes / Intensity level 5
  • 4 minutes / Intensity level 7
  • 4 minutes / Intensity level 5
  • 4 minutes / Intensity level 7
  • 4 minutes / Intensity level 5
Cool-down: 5 minute easy walk

Total: 30 minutes
